Job Description

The Background:


Unique interim opportunity to join this employer choice has just arisen in the Berkshire area. Actively seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join their international assignments team the successful candidate will predominantly deal with the end-to-end assignment management of assignees on a global basis.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full assignment process from start to finish including:

  • End to end assignment management of assignees worldwide including senior level moves
  • Liaise with various business units regarding the inherent implications of international assignment and compensation issues across the organisation
  • Revise and develop international assignment policy and procedure
  • Review compensation packages for assignees on a global basis
  • Review current operations to improve current process efficiency and performance

The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the field of: international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management. Applicants will have a good understanding of the assignment lifecycle from start-to-finish including expatriate compensation methodologies. Previous experience analyzing and creating new expatriate policy and procedure would be preferable.
