The Background:
Senior appointment dealing with the international assignment process for high-level employees only has just arisen within this global firm. Reporting directly to the Assignment Manager you will be responsible for providing a single point of contact to the companies top employees including: Chairmen, CEO’s, Senior Directors and other high brow individuals.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the assignment process from start to finish for senior level employees only
- Provide advice on basic expatriate compensation and taxation methodologies
- Project manage various assignments as directed by the Assignment Manager
- Implement new global policies, processes and procedures
- Monitor and improve current mobility process, policy and procedures
The Person:
Applicants will be well educated with a demonstrable knowledge of: international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management. Applicants will be analytical in their approach with a good knowledge of expatriate compensation and taxation methodologies. This is an extremely highbrow role dealing with the most senior of employees therefore candidates must have excellent rapport building skills and be confident in their ability and approach.
