Applicants will be required to produce the required visa and accompanying documentation required to live and work in Dubai. This exciting opportunity is open to candidates with the relative relocation knowledge required to facilitate the position. Candidates will be detailed to Liase with Estate Agents and Landlords with regard to viewing, negotiating and closing deals. To produce control and deliver the appropriate contract and documentation pertaining to the lease agreement. To obtain keys and process financial arrangements to a satisfactory conclusion. To liaise on behalf of the corporate client regarding schools, to view, register, and deliver the required fee. Other duties will include, Obtaining client’s Driving License / Alcohol license / Connection of DEWA / Etisalat / Assist with Blood test / Assist with Car Hire. Most importantly the candidate will be responsible for the “settling in” process which will enable the corporate clients to have a good overall view of Dubai and furthermore to ensure individual hobbies are catered for.
