The Background:
Reporting directly to the VP of International Assignment Services the successful candidate will provide instrumental support to the on-going success of this world-renowned International Assignment Services team. Based in central London the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the design and operation of expat and relocation programs and the management of the IAS Team.
The Role:
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Monitoring performance and develop new strategies to increase bottom line value
- Evaluating operational efficiency and identify improvements
- Evaluate expatriate policy and recommend improvements
- Negotiate and monitor contract agreements
- Managing customer service satisfaction to achieve the ultimate convenience for assignees
- Recruitment and structuring of operational international assignment teams
- Identify new methods and practices to: increase morale, retain and motivate employees
- Responsible for: budgeting, forecasting and meeting set targets
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of the assignment process including the inherent pitfalls and challenges. This role requires individuals that pride themselves on adding value constantly developing new ideas to move businesses forward. Encompassing elements of: operations management, HR and budget management this is an extremely varied and equally challenging appointment.
