Re:locate Gala Awards Dinner
Winners of the Re:locate Awards 2007/8 will be announced at this glittering black tie gala dinner, to be held on 23 April 2008 at the Institute of Directors in London.
We can now reveal, with great pleasure, that the awards will be presented by TV
and radio personality Simon Calder, who will also give the after-dinner speech.
Simon became travel editor of The Independent in 1994, and shortly afterwards
began presenting for BBC2’s Travel Show. He also contributed to BBC1’s
Holiday programme. He now comments on travel issues for national and local
BBC radio and TV stations, and presents travel programmes for BBC Radio 4.

Details of the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony
We invite you to join us, in the sumptuous surroundings of the Nash Room at the IoD, Pall Mall, London to help us recognise and celebrate the first ever Re:locate Awards.
This black tie evening will commence at 7pm with a champagne reception, followed by a delicious three-course dinner with fine wine prepared by the IoD's own Executive Chef, Roger Evans at 8pm. Our guest speaker, Simon Calder, promises to entertain with his insights into travel around the world to exotic places and relocation hotspots.
The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the Re:locate Awards to the winners.
The evening will conclude at 11pm.
