Rules

Who can enter?

Any individual, company or organisation can enter a maximum of two award categories free of charge.

Further entries will be charged at £100 + VAT each to cover administration. A cheque should be provided made payable to ‘Profile Locations’ or please request an invoice by emailing accounts@profilelocations.co.uk.

Any company or organisation sponsoring a specific award will not be eligible to enter that category. They can however nominate individuals/teams or other companies/organisations.

Competition rules

• The Award Categories are:

1. Best relocation strategy/policy - Sponsored by PhoenixARC
2. Technological innovation in relocation
3. Inspirational team of the year - Sponsored by IPM
4. Relocation service provider or team of the year
5. Best property provider or solution - Sponsored by Connells Relocation Services
6. Rising Star in relocation - Sponsored by Cartus
7. Relocation ‘Personality of the Year’ - Sponsored by Clark & Rose

• Anyone can nominate but the entry must be submitted by the employer organisation by email to Re:locate magazine with supporting documentation. Email to awards@relocatemagazine.com
• Entries for Award categories 1,2,5,6 must be from UK-based individuals/teams/organisations. For categories 3, 4, and 7 entries (in English) will also be accepted from non UK based companies
• Entries will be judged by judges selected by Re:locate magazine whose decision is final
• Sponsors/supporters/professional endorsers will not intervene in the judging process
• The deadline for all entries is Friday 8 February 2008

All entries will be judged according to their entry statement (250 words max.) and submissions against five criteria (150 words max. per criteria). These criteria vary for the Award categories. See entry form for further details.

The judges can select a shortlist of maximum of three finalists and where necessary may investigate further by telephone or email. The shortlist will be announced in March 2008.

Re:locate magazine will contact each shortlisted individual/team for inclusion in the magazine’s special awards summer issue (June 2008).

Final decisions about category winners will be made by the judges in April.

The winners will be announced at the Re:locate Awards Gala Dinner to take place at the Institute of Directors (IOD) in London on 23 April 2008.
