Crown opens in Tanzania
A new division of Crown has opened in Dar es Sallam, Tanzania – a country that today plays host to numerous international groups in the mining, agricultural, gas and oil, insurance, tourism and service industries. There is a large nongovernmental organisation base in the country, with a slant toward the medical field for the prevention of malaria and AIDS, and with a significant amount of US funding is being directed into the region. David Muir, CEO Crown Worldwide EMEA, commented, “This is a very important development for Crown as we expand our owned network from a strong base in Southern Africa to better serve our global customer base.”
