Don't panic - Energy Performance Certificates advice
Amid rumours that the requirement for properties to have an Energy Performance Certificate has been delayed, PainSmith Solicitors, the legal practice specialising in residential landlord and tenant law, has said it is highly unlikely that this date will be pushed back because the Energy Performance Certificates that are required for let property are the same as for properties for sale, which are already required to have a Certificate.
