Serviced Apartments on the up, survey reveals

New survey from Frasers Hospitality and Utell Hotels & Resorts reveals a rise of nearly 75% in enquiries about serviced apartments from corporate travel bookers.  Top factors motivating choice of accommodation were, unsurprisingly, location and cost; however, star rating was also an important factor, which is timely as members of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) are promoting the new star ratings. All Fraser’s apartments have now been rated.  The company has also expanded into North Asia by opening apartments in Japan. For further details of the survey see Spring Relocate, or visit www.frasershospitality.com.

More ratings news – Cheval Group’s Hyde Park Gate, Phoenix House and Gloucester Park serviced apartments have all been awarded five stars in the Visit Britain assessment scheme.

New Apartments in Maidenhead – House of Fisher have opened new apartments at Spur House in Maidenhead with views over scenic parkland. “The image of a business-weary executive arriving at a forlorn out of town motel is fast becoming out-dated.

Today’s executives are far more likely to be checking into one of our stylish serviced apartments with all mod cons in or near city centres,” said Samantha Damon, Business Development Manager.
