This talk by Bjarte Bogsnes, vice-president of performance management development at Statoil, explained the innovative steps that the Norwegian oil and gas giant had taken to become more dynamic. Mr Bogsnes claimed that despite Statoil ranking 67th for size on the Fortune 500, it was first for social responsibility and seventh for innovation. This year, the company was also ranked the most transparent corporation in the world by Transparency International.
