How to enter

1. Complete an entry form (download here) for each award entered
2. Submit, in a separate MS Word file, an entry statement for each award entered, indicating why you should win this award (max. 250 words). Please note that, for the Relocation Personality of the Year award (category 7), there is a simplified entry statement form, which can be downloaded here (Word / PDF)
3. Provide examples of how the individual or team/organisation achieved excellence in five criteria (see entry form), with a maximum of 150 words per cr iterion
4. Submit your entry, together with the entry form, by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

We welcome supporting materials in a low-resolution digital format, as an MS Word file, a PDF (A4) or a PowerPoint presentation, up to a maximum of 10 pages. DO NOT supply printed materials, promotional items, DVDs or videos.

As an exception, for category 1, Best Relocation Strategy/Policy, supplementary evidence can be a copy of the actual policy, but, if this significantly exceeds 10 pages, it must be a reasonable summary of the policy, including the key inspirational aspects.

For category 2, Technological Innovation in Relocation, the judges may decide that the best means of submission might be watching the usage/application of the technology.
