Delegates from many different areas of relocation took part in Re:locate’s latest networking event, Relocation: moving the goalposts, held at the Institute of Directors on 4 June. (See menus)
Speakers were Sue Shortland, principal lecturer at London Metropolitan University, offering valuable advice on policy design and review in challenging times, with Stephen Fairn, of Pricoa Relocation, examining the issues from the supplier perspective and advising how to get the most from your suppliers. Lis Gray, from Waitrose, provided an illuminating case study on their innovative approach to coping in the current climate. Nick Barnes, of Knight Frank, gave an update on the property market, with Nick Jackson and Emilia Lascelles concluding the morning’s presentations by looking at the relocation tax allowance.
