Who can enter?

Any individual, company or organisation can enter a maximum of two award categories free of charge.

Further entries will be charged at £100 + VAT each to cover administration. A cheque should be provided, made payable to ‘Profile Locations’, or please request an invoice by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Any company or organisation sponsoring a specific award will not be eligible to enter that category. They can, however, nominate individuals/teams or other companies/organisations.

• International entries are welcome, with the proviso that it must be possible for the judges to assess all entries in a timely and efficient manner
• All entries must be submitted in English
• Entries will be judged by a panel of independent judges selected by Re:locate magazine. The judges' decision is final
• Sponsors are not precluded from entering the Re:locate Awards, but they are not permitted to enter the category they are sponsoring
• Sponsors/supporters/professional endorsers will not intervene in the judging process
• The deadline for all entries is Monday 15 February 2010

All entries will be judged according to their entry statement (250 words max.) and submissions against five criteria (150 words max. per criterion). These criteria vary between categories. See entry form for further details.

The judges can select a shortlist of a maximum of three finalists, and where necessary, may investigate further by telephone or email.

Re:locate magazine will contact each shortlisted individual/team for inclusion in the magazine’s special awards summer issue (June 2010).

Final decisions about category winners will be made by the judges in April 2010.

The winners will be announced at the Re:locate Awards Gala Dinner, to take place at the Institute of Directors (IoD), in London, on 6 May 2010.
