The Relocation User Group (RUG)

The Relocation User Group (RUG) was formed in the early 90s by a small group of Human Resources managers whose responsibilities also included the relocation of employees. Having found there was no forum in which they could exchange best practice and benchmark polices, they formed RUG.

Over the years, this forum has increased to its current membership of approximately 28 members from different organisations around the UK. The group meets twice a year to discuss policies, best practice and legislation, and holds round table discussions on exceptions to policy and how they are best dealt with.

In addition, external speakers are invited to give presentations. These range from education consultants to relocation providers.

The Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP)
