Ms Marlborough, a sales and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience, will focus on providing corporate solutions to companies with relocation programmes in the UK and Europe.Based in Cartus’s Richmond office, Ms Marlborough reports to Nigel Passingham, vice president, strategic business solutions EMEA & APAC, who says of her appointment, “We are delighted to welcome Karen to our sales team in EMEA.“With more than 20 years’ experience in business-to-business sales and client management, Karen’s experience and expertise will serve her well in this new position.”

Most recently, Ms Marlborough served as director of sales for the world’s leading serviced apartment booking agency. Prior to this, she was director of sales for the leading international provider of extended stay experiences.Additionally, Ms Marlborough has a degree in Japanese and Business Studies from Ulster University, Northern Ireland.In these previous roles, Ms Marlborough has driven successful business development strategies, whilst growing an organisation’s client base to support growth and success.
