Santa Fe Relocation Services has launched its new graduate recruitment programme that will see new recruits working in both the London and Singapore offices and learning practical skills through a rotation scheme.

, a global leader in full service relocation, has launched Accelerate – a new two-year graduate recruitment programme to further extend its industry leadership through the recruitment and development of the strongest talent.
With graduate roles offered at group headquarters in London and in the Asia Pacific region in Singapore, the programme will offer practical, hands on experience through a rotation programme that develops skills and knowledge across the breadth of the company’s operations. The first group of graduates will start on 5 December 2016.
Graduate programmes offer individuals the first step into a global career with many companies offering the opportunity to work in offices around the world.

The Accelerate programme will comprise of three rotations of eight months each over the course of two years, with graduates taking an active role supporting a range of Santa Fe’s lines of business that include:
- Relocation and Assignment Management – Moving Services (The COO Function)
- Immigration Services – Consumer Sales
- Destination Services – Finance
Following a comprehensive induction, graduates will be provided with an on-going development that will develop their industry expertise and give the opportunity to work toward further qualifications (for example, Immigrations Level 1 Practitioner course; Project Management and leadership qualifications).
Graduates will also gain the opportunity to learn directly from senior leadership with a dedicated mentor from Santa Fe’s Strategic Leadership Team helping to steer their learning and development. On successful completion of Accelerate, participants will be placed into permanent roles across the globe or be deployed onto projects.
