Job Description
A leader in mobility management providing relocation professionals with tailored solutions, the business delivers domestic and international moving and relocation services to employees, expatriates, diplomats and other private customers, providing office and industrial moving services.
The business now requires an experienced Immigration Manager to take a leading management role in EMEA.
Role: Immigration Manager, EMEA. Based London [MPI-00152]
Primary Objectives
· To oversee the development and delivery of immigration and immigration-related services in the EMEA region with a critical focus on quality, compliance and best use of systems for knowledge sharing and tracking
· To achieve consistently high satisfaction ratings from corporate clients and transferees
· To continually add value to the mobility division through expert advice and knowledge in matters related to corporate immigration
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review provision of service for immigration across the EMEA region
· Review SLA's with vendors and sub-vendors
· Act as the subject matter expert for immigration
· Create regular corporate client bulletins summarising change in process or legislation across EMEA in regard to corporate immigration.
· Conduct branch level reviews to ensure compliance
· Conduct internal training for immigration processes, risk management processes and compliance.
· Develop and enhance internal culture of compliance, accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality in all immigration related services.
· Support consultants on complex immigration
· Prepare regional pricing matrices for immigration services for regional and global immigration tenders.
· Present or join presentations to corporate clients for regional and global immigration sales opportunities.
· Monitor regional revenue, costs and profit margins for immigration services in EMEA.

Remuneration guide: circa £50,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits
