Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. has launched its annual Employee Mobility Survey for 2013.
Now in its seventh year, this highly-regarded survey of corporate relocation and HR professionals examines the impact of current economic, demographic and real estate market conditions on employee mobility, and identifies the strategies companies are implementing to control costs, address evolving business needs and meet their talent management objectives.
Since its inception, the survey has captured the insight of more than 2,100 organisations responsible for the deployment of over one million mobile employees.
Said Ellie Sullivan, vice president of consulting services at Weichert Relocation Resources, “Since its inception, the goal of our survey has been to provide HR and corporate mobility managers the actionable data they need to develop new policies, support existing policies or benchmark their programs against peer companies—information that they can’t get from other industry surveys.
“In addition to home sale trends, lumps sums and pre-decision, this year’s survey will cover the challenges corporate mobility managers will be facing in years to come, including flexible programmes, an larger renter population, and programme caps, to name a few.”
Corporate participants who complete this confidential online survey will receive a complimentary copy of the results after the survey closes on March 30, 2013. The survey can be accessed at http://www.wrri.com/survey.
