TalkingCV provides flexible option for international recruitment

TalkingCV is a clever three-dimensional personal profile, consisting of video, audio and text, which could be just the ticket for international companies recruiting globally. The recruiter version allows the employer to determine the interview they wish the candidate to sit and an automated email is sent to the candidate, who could be anywhere in the world, with access details to a branded website. Once the interview is complete the recruiter is automatically sent a link to the candidate’s TalkingCV. Used effectively, there could be great savings in both time and money for international recruitment or indeed for companies accessing candidates across the UK.

The candidate version allows an individual to record their own personal Talking CV from any PC with internet access and a webcam from anywhere in the world.
