Nord Anglia Education finalises the acquisition of six more schools

Nord Anglia Education, a leading operator of premium schools, has completed its acquisition of six schools from Meritas.

The new acquisition brings an additional six premium schools located in the US, Europe and China to the Nord Anglia group. They will provide 11,380 places for students, improve the balance to Nord Anglia's geographic regions, strengthen its boarding offering, and expand the range of curriculum options available to Nord Anglia students, to include an American curriculum."We are delighted to welcome the students, parents and employees of Meritas to Nord Anglia Education," said Andrew Fitzmaurice, CEO of Nord Anglia Education."We believe that the six schools are a significant addition to our family, which now includes 41 schools educating over 32,000 students worldwide.
