The Kuntsevo-Krylatkoe area lies further from the city centre and is an excellent location for families with children, especially since the opening of the International School of Moscow.Among other attractions are the Krylatsky Golf club, Serebryanny Bor recreational park and Vita Sport Fitness centre. This area is considered to be one of the best in Moscow in terms of ecology.

Most popular residential buildings

  • Ostrovnoy proezd in the Fantasy Island house complex
  • Krylatskaya 45 in the Dolina Grez residential complex
  • Mozhayskoe highway
The area has several compounds – Serebryanny Bor, Sosnovka, Myakinino and Troitse-Lykovo. It is adjacent to the Rublevskoe highway area, which is prestigious among the Russian elite.

Leninsky Prospect

We recommend considering this area:
  • If your children go to one of the schools mentioned above
  • If you are looking for an ecological area with good infrastructure
Leninsky Prospect is a prestigious residential area popular with expats. The southern campus of the British International School and several large national schools are located here, as well as several international kindergartens. Housing options vary from pre-revolutionary buildings to new developments.

  • Sozvezdie Kapital - Located at Shabolovka 10, 23, this is a cluster of modern buildings, and a good option if your children go to the French Lycée on Spasonalivskosky
  • New Olympic Village - This is a group of buildings on Udaltsova Street that were originally built for the First Youth Olympics in 1999
  • Kvartal na Leninskom - Located at Leninsky Prospect, this group of high-rises has professional security and underground parking
  • Shuvalovsk-Michurinsky 5-7 - Modern development with underground parking and security consisting of seven buildings, built in the style of pre-revolutionary architect
