Pre-Conference Cultural Tour Day - Sunday 26 March 2017:
Delegates are invited to arrive one day early for an opportunity to meet fellow delegates in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. There will be a tour of some of the city's highlights, including Tokyo's most popular spots for Cherry Blossom viewing. Participants will be collected from the Shibuya Rei Hotel at 13:00, and the tour will last for approximately 5 hours, followed by an early dinner at a Japanese restaurant (18:00-20:30). Light refreshments and snacks will be provided during the tour. Delegates are welcome to sign up spouses/partners for this trip as well.

Please note, the end of March is Cherry Blossom season in Japan - one of the most popular times to visit. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking international flights well in advance.

To book a place, please complete an online booking form on the COBIS website.
