Despite some fearing that humans may be redundant and robots will rule the working world, the need to have an engaged and loyal workforce is still at the heart of ensuring an organisation is successful.

How do business leaders and managers maintain confidence from those they lead that their organisations will thrive in today’s Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA*) world? How does the competition for talent impact retention of valuable staff?

This seminar, involving three TED style talks followed by a panel with a Q&A, provides senior managers, L&D and HR managers, CEOs working in organisational development and talent management with an opportunity to engage thought leaders and those in industry to examine how developing and fostering trust in your organisational culture makes a positive impact.
