Claus Springborg is a leadership consultant, author and lecturer at Copenhagen Business School. With a PhD research from Cranfield School of Management, Claus has over ten years experience teaching entrepreneurship, management theory and personal development. As the author of the book Sensory Templates and Managerial Cognition - Art, Cognitive Science and Spiritual Practices in Management Education, Claus enables leaders to improve their effectiveness by deepening their presence.
Dr Ian Hesketh,Dr Ian Hesketh is an expert in Wellbeing and Management and has written extensively on the subject. Dr Hesketh introduced the concept of Leaveism to explain workplace phenomenon in response to physical and psychological stressors and has authored and contributed to a large body of research on general workplace wellbeing. His writing partnership with Prof Sir Cary Cooper has resulted in numerous publications that have informed the field of Organisational HR and Management for many years.
Kerwin Guillermo, HR journey spans more than 20 years at leading tech organizations, first at Intel and currently at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He is a fresh voice, a generous contributor and a positive influence in HR and mobility circles; always focused on and demonstrating leadership through change; identifying possibilities in the midst of challenge; building exceptional and unique partnerships; guiding team members and teams to their best performance and career experiences; and helping others find their success in a range of environments.
Linda Holbeche is a recognised thought leader, independent coach, developer and consultant in the fields of HR, strategy, organisation design and development and leadership, Dr Linda Holbeche helps people and organisations and develop the agility and resilience they need to thrive in today’s VUCA business environment. As a researcher and author Linda is currently exploring the future of work from the agility perspective.
Paul Williamson heads up learning and development at The Ambassadors Theatre Group (ATG), a global live entertainment business. ATG owns and operates close to 50 venues worldwide, is an internationally recognised and award-winning producer, and operates a market leading theatre ticketing business.
Peter Moolan-Feroze is trained as an artist at Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts, the Slade School (1979-1983), London University and then as a post-graduate at the Royal Academy Schools (1984-1987). He specialized in working from the life model, which he continued at post-graduate level.
Sarah Rozenthuler is a chartered psychologist, leadership consultant and dialogue coach. She has over 15 years international experience consulting to organisations including BP, Discovery Inc. and Standard Chartered Bank. As the author of How to Have Meaningful Conversations and Powered by Purpose: Energise your People to do Great Work, Sarah’s work has been widely featured in the media including The Sunday Times, Psychologies Magazine and BBC Business online.
Teresa Boughey is now seen as a key person of influence particularly in the areas of diversity, inclusion and best selling author. Inclusion 247 is brought to you by Jungle HR Ltd who is a National Award-Winning Consultancy. They recognise that organisations want to shift the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda but often don't know where to start. Many have relied on an ‘awareness and celebration approach’ to Diversity & Inclusion in the hope that credibility indicators are enough, whilst others are unsure of the steps to take beyond public declarations. She learned journalism at the LCP; has an acting diploma from the Royal Academy of Music and a Modern Languages degree from Cambridge. She started her working life in financial PR and advertising and at one of the world’s leading branding agencies – Wolff Olins.
