Serviced apartments report finds Cheval Residences has the highest online reputation

Cheval Residences has been found to be the serviced apartment company in the UK with the highest reputation online according to a new independent report.

The Serviced Apartment News Digital Benchmark Report 2015includes research undertaken by ReviewPro of 331,303 online guest reviews published in the twelve months to June 2015 from 142 online travel agencies and review sites.According to the results, Cheval Residences 'provides consistently high levels of excellence across its entire organisation ranking number one for cleanliness, service, location and rooms."The ReviewPro research studied guest satisfaction ratings for quality, the percentage of positive reviews for each brand and the guests' language used in each review. More than 25 serviced apartment brands were included in the report and given a Global Review Index (GRI) score out of 100.Cheval Residences scored 'an impressive overall GRI of 92.3 per cent" according to the report. It also ranked top in the industry with scores of 93.3 per cent for service levels, 95.6 per cent for location, 94.8 per cent for cleanliness, 93.3 per cent for rooms, 92 per cent for positive reviews. In fact, five out of the top ten speciality London properties on TripAdvisor are now from the Cheval portfolio. Our mission is to increase that even further and to continue to strive to be the absolute best in the industry."Cheval Residences improvements in 2015 have included introducing room service delivery options across the portfolio and devising both a spa and retail package, both of which will continue to be expanded. Additionally, Cheval Residences has worked to change its business model to allow shorter stays, with 70 per cent of the Cheval Residences portfolio now offering a one night minimum stay policy. This is aimed to offer business travellers on shorter visits as much flexibility as possible.Travellers booking with Cheval Residences also have the benefit of Cheval Partnership Sales, which has access to 15,000 apartments worldwide, in all major cities. Last year Cheval Residences rebranded Reside Residences to Cheval Partnership Sales creating a more defined link between the residences and the extended sales team.
