TAS Alliance confirms complete compliance with HSSE regulations

All members of the TAS Alliance are now compliant with local markets' HSSE regulations, the serviced apartments alliance has announced.

The global members of the TAS Alliance at their most recent meeting, held in Chancery Lane, London, confirmed they are the first serviced apartment alliance to successfully achieve 100 per cent of their global membership (representing over 95,000 units) to be fully compliant in their local markets to the required Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) recommended regulations for corporate housing and serviced apartments as advised by ASAP and ISAAP.

The TAS Alliance meeting covered key agenda points tabled by the Serviced Apartment News especially for The TAS Alliance December 2017 meeting.These ‘hot topics’ for 2018 covered subjects including disrupters, mergers and acquisitions, key aparthotel brands entering the EMEA space, technology and the impact of GDPR data protection regulations coming onto the landscape in 2018.Shabina Awan – director of alliances and partnerships for The Apartment Service said ‘Booking into TAS Alliance member properties gives our global membership the confidence to know that their travellers and guests are in safe hands across all locations’.
