Our latest technology enhancement, Predictive Globalytics®, is an exciting new forecasting tool.

Global Leadership

Michelle Moore, NEI Chief Global Mobility Officer, leads our global outreach and oversees NEI’s EMEA and APAC offices. Michelle has been with NEI since 1996 in varied roles across the organization with increasing responsibilities. She joined NEI after several years as an auditor with Deloitte where she led auditing teams for large financial services clients. Prior to becoming Chief Global Mobility Officer at NEI, Michelle gained experience as NEI’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Mollie Ivancic, NEI Vice President, International Services, manages our global operational teams delivering tailored mobility services to our clients and their relocating employees and families.  Mollie’s diverse experience includes living abroad for seven years, fluently speaking German and working in the logistics industry before joining NEI in 2007.  To learn more about Mollie, please click HERE.

Ildiko Burian, Regional Manager, NEI EMEA, Inc., leads our office in Geneva, Switzerland.  She has an extensive background in relocation and management dating back to 2001 with positions across Europe and the UK. Prior to joining NEI, Ildiko began her global mobility career at an international relocation corporation, managing assignments for several prestigious organizations. Her native language is Hungarian, and she is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Jessie Leng, Regional Manager, NEI APAC Pte Ltd, manages NEI’s Singapore office. Jessie began her career in talent mobility on the client side serving one of the world’s largest natural gas and oil companies, managing expatriates’ relocation needs and designing programs for Australia, China, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. She joined a large semi-conductor company and then a multi-national relocation management company where she gained valuable experience with some of the most complex and large accounts in the APAC region.  Jessie speaks English, Mandarin and Teochew fluently.
