The Talent Mobility Cloud is augmented by dedicated cross-functional support to ensure success for the global mobility program. Each employee receives a dedicated MOVE Advocate to coordinate services on behalf of the employee, manages escalations and provides a central point of contact throughout their relocation. In addition to that, our Customer Success team supports companies through implementation, training and quarterly business reviews throughout the life of their mobility program.

Brynne Herbert founded MOVE Guides in 2011 after working throughout Asia as an investment banker for Standard Charter and Lehman Brothers. Having experienced first hand the pains of employee relocation, she was determined to build a business that made it easy and efficient for companies to deploy talent on a global scale.

Today, MOVE Guides has more than 100 employees across offices in London, San Francisco, New York and Hong Kong and is backed by New Enterprise Associates and Notion Capital.
