IKAN Relocation, a founding partner of RELOC8 Asia Pacific Group, is a born again India based relocation Management company that has been a brand in existence since 1996. As Reloc8 Asia Pacific Group’s India partner, IKAN offers end to end mobility solutions including Global Mobility solutions ( GEMS ), Destination Services, Immigration Support,  Household Goods Move Management and Cross Cultural training.

Achievements

Since IKAN began in 1996, the company has grown rapidly and achieved many milestones over the years. Over the past two years, IKAN has achieved the following:

• Become the first Indian company to obtain the EuRA Global Quality Seal (EGQS) and the ISO 9001:2008 in Sept, 2015.

• IKAN has it’s  presence across India with offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. 

• IKAN is  the only Relocation company in India offering PEO (Professional Employment Organization) solutions since 2015, where by it works as an umbrella organisation, providing surrogate employer status allowing its clients to put bodies in India quickly without needing to incorporate a entity. IKAN would provide visa and residential permit sponsorship, while managing payroll, tax and other statutory compliance.

• Have been recognised by CARTUS for Innovation and customer satisfaction and received 02 awards at the Annual Cartus Conference in Washington DC, USA, in October, 2016. A gold for Customer satisfaction and a Silver for it’s innovative “ I – TRACK “ technology

• Have invented the path-breaking transferee application : “ I – NAVIGATE “ in the year 2017.

• Through it’s innovative service delivery approach, using unique technology applications like “I-NAVIGATE”, “I – TRACK” and ” I – TOUR” have registered a customer satisfaction growth from 92 % in 2016 to 98 % in 2017.

• Were shortlisted for the Relocate awards under the category “ Best destination services provider of the year “ in 2017.

• IKAN in 2017 was awarded a platinum for customer satisfaction and a silver for “I – NAVIGATE” IN 2017 at the Annual Cartus Conference held in Chicago.

• In 2017, IKAN renewed it’s EuRA Quality Seal and also qualified for ISO 9001:2015 standards.

For those clients, who do not have a legal entity in a country but have a need to depute urgent human resource, IKAN offers PEO (Professional Employment Organization) solutions in select countries including INDIA ranging from sponsoring of the work permit, to payroll administration and ensuring tax compliance.
