Digital Marketing Executive

Salary £26,000 depending on experience

Established over twenty-five years ago, Relocate Global prides itself on creating relevant and immersive content for the international leadership and global mobility market whether it’s via engaging webinars and events, insightful feature articles or latest news and trends.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated digital marketer to assist the Managing Director and Managing Editor to manage and lead digital marketing activities across the business. You will have an interest in and understanding of international business and professional services. Experience of living and working overseas an advantage.

This role will allow you to lead projects and take ownership of your work and have the chance to contribute input to the direction and decision making of the marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for day to day running of digital marketing including website, digital magazine and newsletters, email and social media. Marketing campaign projects include the Future of Work Festival, Awards, Think Women, workshops and our global community activities. Support our freelance designer by producing content and artwork for website and social media. Video editing and clips for marketing campaigns.

Working as part of a small team, you will work closely with everyone to ensure online marketing campaigns are effective and contribute to sustainable growth of traffic and revenue.

If you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, you are organised, proactive and can work well on your own and as part of a team, then we want to hear from you.

In order to be considered for this role you will have:

  • Proven digital marketing experience – 3 years.
  • A strong understanding of Google Analytics.
  • The ability to create content and artwork using Adobe, In Design, Illustrator or similar
  • Experience managing campaigns, email and social activity.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a high standard of written English.
  • Be able to think outside the box and come up with creative ways to continue to increase online growth and generate leads.
  • Degree or similar qualification

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Create content and graphics for our b2b market. Develop, design, create and edit new and existing on and offline content, including video. Supporting the freelance graphic designer with internal requests.
  • Manage, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels. Create engaging content including video and imagery whilst growing media user views online.
  • Create, manage and distribute email marketing activity, including monthly sector emails and online newsletters.
  • Measure and report the performance of digital campaigns to assess return on investment.
  • Provide digital marketing support for all products and services and liaise with editorial, and external designers developer(s) as required.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and support for live and digital events, webinars and video.
  • Coordinating with the sales team and clients to oversee bookings are made, recorded, scheduled and optimised.
  • Monitoring our websites and checking procedures are followed and content and banner advertising directories are updated. Assisting editorial/content team to ensure that the website content is updated.
  • Uploading and managing advertising inventory, content, online directories, advertising and images and via CMS.
  • Producing regular statistics and Google analytics for websites and usage of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn monitoring and reporting against KPIs for digital media, social media channels and YouTube etc
  • Delivering social media to support to the editorial content across our media in association with the editorial and content team
  • Working with the Office Manager to market, manage and grow subscriptions and membership communities and develop subscription mailing list, CRM and other lists
