Admissions/Curriculum Information

Whether joining us from around the globe or right here in London, every family comes to Halcyon with their own timeline and background. Our admissions process is designed to meet that range, with three distinct admissions windows. We strongly encourage early applications when possible.

Priority: Apply by 9 November and receive an Admissions decision by 11 December

Standard: Apply by 18 January and receive an Admissions decision by 12 February

Rolling: Apply after 18 January - offers subject to availability. Contact Admissions.

We provide a holistic education including research-backed wellbeing practices and educational technology, nurturing students’ personal growth and equipping them with skills essential for the modern world. We involve students in decision-making processes, fostering critical thinking, a global perspective, and student empowerment.

Our innovative use of technology enhances learning and complements our dynamic, research-led teaching methods. It is important that our students learn how to use AI to enhance human capabilities, not replace them.

We prioritise social and emotional learning, equipping students with essential interpersonal skills for both personal and academic growth.

Halcyon students take ownership of their community, developing their appreciation and care for others: a core component of the IB’s mission to create “a more peaceful and better world.”

Our holistic admissions process considers academic performance, personal qualities, community engagement, and extracurricular involvement. Applications are accepted year-round.
