LEADERSHIP HUB: Leading through Dialogue Workshop with Sarah Rozenthuler – Part 1

Sarah Rozenthuler is a chartered psychologist, author, leadership consultant and dialogue coach. She has over 15 years international experience consulting to organisations and works at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford on their transformational leadership programmes. We live in an increasingly interconnected world where talent can move more freely. This has many benefits, but also brings challenges. Individuals often struggle to talk with each other about what matters most. Teams compete rather than collaborate so that critical issues fall through the cracks. Organisations don’t serve their whole ecosystem of stakeholders and fail to connect people with an inspiring purpose.Dialogue is a critical skill that enables leaders to mitigate these risks. It activates fresh thinking and energises people to do great work together. Research shows that better dialogue improves performance, wellbeing and profitability. There is an art and science to holding powerful conversations where people do their best thinking and commit to aligned action. This taster session explores how you can create the conditions for authentic dialogue and make positive change happen to build a better future, whether you are a leader, manager or change agent.

LEADERSHIP HUB: Future of work and the workplace interactive discussion – PART 2
