Weichert workforce mobility acquires TheMIGroup
In a move to combine their strengths and boost its workforce agility, Weichert Workforce Mobility has acquired relocation management provider, TheMIGroup.

Global mobility provider, Weichert Workforce Mobility has announced that it has acquired TheMIGroup, a relocation service provider with offices throughout the world.The acquisition combines two companies with experience in international and domestic mobility to present a broader menu of global mobility solutions to clients, enhanced by unique strengths such as Weichert’s in-house capabilities, which include expatriate tax services and global assignment management, and TheMIGroup’s household goods shipping and freight-forwarding acumen.

The deal will expand Weichert’s physical presence, with new offices in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions providing broader resources to local clients and bringing deeper insights to regional trends and practices.
