Family-run, Munich-based Living Hotels operates 17 properties and approximately 3,200 rooms and apartments in Germany and Austria. All apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate working space and most of them even have a balcony or a terrace. Furthermore, several Living Hotels also provide conference facilities.Guests of the company experience a variety of free services, such as phone calls to numerous countries, high-speed wi-fi and complimentary drinks. In addition, a range of other useful services is available, including ironing and laundry, grocery shopping, etc.

Serviced apartments with green credentials

In relation to sustainable and comprehensive management in particular, the company is setting a clear course: by the end of 2018, all Living Hotels will be Green Globe-certified.Today, the company has already established the separation and recycling of waste, bees are cultivated on the rooftops of some Living Hotels and plastic cups have been replaced by reusable ones, all properties already obtain green electricity and much more.
