Class of 2026: Outstanding IB Diploma results – and future-ready graduates

Bavarian International School (BIS) proudly celebrates the achievements of the Class of 2026, whose International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) results once again reflect the school's commitment to academic excellence, personal growth and future-ready learning.This year's graduates achieved:

• Average IB DP Score: 35 points (worldwide: 31)
• Pass Rate: 97% (worldwide: 82%)
• Students scoring 40+ points: 9 (12%)
• Students scoring 36+ points: 32 (43%)
• Bilingual Diplomas: 35 (46%)
• Best IB DP score: 44 (of max. 45)
• Cohort of Class of 2026: 76 students

While these impressive results place BIS among the leading IB World Schools, they tell only part of the story.Behind every score is a young person who has grown through curiosity, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration. Throughout their journey at BIS, our students have been encouraged to ask difficult questions, embrace different perspectives, contribute to their communities and develop the confidence to navigate an increasingly complex world."The IB Diploma is much more than an academic qualification," says Sandra Evans, IB DP Coordinator of Bavarian International School.
