Kent, UK: Tuesday 10 March 2026

Venue-oast-pond

This event, set across indoor and outdoor spaces, will bring together Purpose, Wellbeing and Nature, creating time and space to think differently, connect meaningfully, and collaborate with intent. Together, we will explore what it really takes to support women in international leadership, not in theory, but in practice, building on Think Global Women’s eight bedrock principles agreed at our last event in 2025.

The event will include

  • Expert-led sessions including a guided outdoor walk led by change agent Anna-Marie Watson and a keynote and supporting workshop led by Sarah Rosenthuler

  • Interactive roundtable discussions: engage with other attendees in guided discussions to identify practical solutions for common challenges, share experiences and brainstorm new ideas to advance women in leadership

  • Networking and connection: meet and build valuable connections, friendships and business opportunities with your peers
