MOVE Guides expand services by acquiring Polaris Global Mobility

Relocation management company MOVE Guides has announced its acquisition of Polaris Global Mobility. The deal is aimed at creating an end-to-end global mobility management solution.

MOVE Guides, which powers worldwide workforce mobility management, today announced it has acquired Polaris Global Mobility.The combination allows the MOVE Guides to create the first complete global mobility management (GMM) platform, which makes it possible for companies and individuals to work everywhere, connecting relocation logistics, expatriate management, tax and payroll, and immigration data. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Bellevue, Washington, Polaris is centered in expatriate management solutions.
