Cartus Corporation announces new partnership

Employees relocating in the US could benefit from a new partnership between Cartus Corporation and mortgage provider Guaranteed Rate Affinity.

International relocation company Cartus Corporation is partnering with Guaranteed Rate Affinity to include an enhanced mortgage service offering for its clients and their transferees.Guaranteed Rate Affinity will offer mortgage products and origination services to Cartus customers with the aim of providing transferring employees with convenient, value-added options during the homebuying process.

Personalised guidance for relocating homebuyers

Through this partnership, relocating employees, who have specific needs and priorities in comparison to the general home-buyer, will receive personalised guidance.The partnership is also set to launch next year a digital mortgage platform that will provide clients and agents 24/7 access to mortgage documentation and resources.
