A PwC report predicted a 50 per cent increase in overseas assignments by 2020, with multinational companies averaging employees in 33 countries.Australasia continues to be a destination market, exemplified by Amazon’s recent establishment in Sydney, Australia.Quest Apartment Hotels Group Director of Sales, Anthea Dimitrakopoulos, said while shorter-term business travel remains Quest’s core Australian market, the burgeoning relocation sector had seen an increase in the number of longer-term stays at Quest properties.Indeed, the 2016/17 Global Serviced Apartments Industry Report ranked Quest in the top 15 global suppliers, who account for 61 per cent of all global supply.
