The theme for the 2025 awards is “Creative Connections for Future Success,” emphasising the importance of connections in leadership, global mobility, and education.

The awards cover various categories, including excellence in global mobility, talent management, education, family support, research, and ESG.

This year, the entry process is simplified, requiring a 500-word entry form, a two-minute video, and optional supporting materials.

Judging is based on three written components and the video, each scoring out of 100, with a maximum of 25 points for the video.

The awards ceremony is scheduled for June 4 in London.
