This “Question Time”-style event brought together panellists from across sectors to explore how organisations can adapt, lead, and thrive in today’s volatile world. He is recognised as a thought leader and speaker on strategic international HR, talent management and Global Mobility, John has more than 30 years combined international HR and Big Four consultancy experience. John now works with global organisations to create value and improve the structure of their Global Mobility programmes; focusing on aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery.

Mike Lambert, Global Education Director, Inspired Education
Mike brings over 20 years of extensive education experience honed at some of the world's leading premium schools, including Bedales and the Royal Grammar School, Guildford. Most notably, he has led Dubai College to be recognised as having the best British Curriculum School in the UAE and the Best British International School in the World.
Mike has a degree in Literae Humaniores from the University of Oxford, a PGCE from King’s College London and an MBA in International Educational Leadership from the University College London (UCL).
