4 June | Glaziers Hall, London

On the afternoon of 4 June, the Bridge Room at Glaziers Hall came alive with energy, insight and bold conversation as we welcomed global mobility leaders, HR professionals, educators, destination service providers, tax and immigration specialists and strategists to the Global Leaders Forum: Forging a Path in Our Fragile World.

This “Question Time”-style event brought together panellists from across sectors to explore how organisations can adapt, lead, and thrive in today’s volatile world. In a time marked by geopolitical unrest, shifting regulatory landscapes, and rapid technological change, the session provided a much-needed space for honest dialogue focussing on the future, shared learning, and forward thinking.

Our incredible panellists, including

John Rason, Group Head of Consulting, Santa Fe Relocation

Josh Winfield, Senior Manager, Global Mobility Consulting, KPMG

Mike Lambert, Global Education Director, Inspired Education

Sofia Oragano, Senior Director International Sales, Synergy

Ben Oghere, CEO & Founder, The Cozm

Who shared sector-specific insights on topics including:

  • Adapting mobility strategy in an unpredictable world
  • Future-proofing leadership amid geopolitical chaos
  • Educating global citizens in an age of fragmentation
  • AI and automation in global workforce strategy
  • Talent mobility and retention in a changing landscape

The audience was highly engaged, asking questions, sharing insights, and giving overwhelmingly positive feedback about the quality and depth of the discussion.

We are immensely grateful to Santa Fe Relocation for sponsoring this event.
