Business travellers to see new micro-apartments in Munich
Responding to an increased demand from business travellers and young professionals, a micro-apartment project in Munich, comprising of 55 serviced apartment units, will be completed by summer 2018.

What is a micro-apartment?
A micro-apartment is a maximum of 32 square metres but contains a sitting space, sleeping space, bathroom and kitchenette. The new apartments, being developed by Corestate will be self-contained and fully furnished and aim to meet the increasing accommodation demand from business travellers and young professionals.Thomas Landschreiber, Chief Investment Officer of Corestate said, “The European market for micro-apartments has gained significant momentum over the past few years, due to the increase in demand. The project is scheduled to be completed in summer 2018.
