Responsibilities

• Listening to the needs of potential clients and identifying solutions
• Attending meetings with multiple stakeholders and preparing and presenting as required
• Full profiling of each prospect
• Accurately forecasting the sales pipeline
• Ensuring the client is positioned well for RFPs
• Generating new business in line with annual sales and profit targets
• Working according to agreed sales strategies and processes
• Fully updating the company sales database
• Ensuring that all documentation is relevant and of the highest standard
• Developing and implementing plans to optimise the potential of customer relationships
• Undertaking other sales-related duties or projects

Skills and experience

• Understanding of the full range of mobility services
• Experience in selling premium end services
• Proven ability to generate profit through new and existing business relationships
• Excellent listening, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strategic working relationships, internally and externally
• Innovative approach to business solutions
• Commercial and financial acumen at a strategic and operational level
• Ability to plan, implement and deliver business goals
• Good aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
