Easy Tiger Executive Search is looking for an immigration caseworker for a leading law firm based in Central London.Based between Holborn and Chancery, the firm specialises in immigration law and has 20 years' experience in the immigration, nationality and asylum fields. It boasts some of the best immigration lawyers, who provide practical and results-driven immigration advisory services. The company also caters for all UK visa needs.The company’s lawyers come from a strong legal background and are regulated at the highest level with OISC Level 3.

The role

The candidate will be responsible for establishing a good working relationship with all clients and ensuring that client care is at the forefront of the business. The position entails providing immigration assistance and a forward-thinking and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise foreign nationals and corporate clients on all aspects of UK immigration applications
• Advise overseas nationals on how to enter, or remain in, the UK
• Ensure that visa permissions are issued accurately
• Ensure that clients are acquainted with current immigration rules and guidance
• Manage all aspects of corporate immigration applications
• Remain abreast of all relevant rules, laws and best practice
• Meet and exceed customer service standards
• Update any platforms in accordance with company policies
• Manage a heavy caseload alongside additional duties
• Work unsupervised
• Perform any administrative tasks as requested by the managing consultant
• Give professional advice and assistance to clients on matters across various UK visa categories, against fast-evolving immigration rules, with a focus on business immigration (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5, ILR)
• Keep up to date with government immigration legislation and relevant guidance
• Comply with OISC codes and rules and CPD requirements

Qualifications
