A Season of Togetherness: ISKL’s Christmas Around the World!

The annual event invites students to explore the diverse ways Christmas is celebrated worldwide. Rooted in international mindedness, the celebration offers more than festive joy; it provides young learners with an opportunity to engage with global traditions while reflecting on shared values that unite cultures.The event was led by the PTA’s Christmas Around the World Committee, alongside a large team of committed parent volunteers who worked tirelessly throughout the week to bring the experience to life. Students wandered through a magical Candy Cane Lane and stepped into the Melawati Theatre, reimagined as a dazzling Christmas wonderland filled with lights, ornaments, and festive décor, before exploring thoughtfully designed activities.A particularly meaningful moment saw students hanging their Christmas wishes on the Elementary School Tree. Many expressed hopes for peace, care for the planet, and kindness toward others—gentle reminders of ISKL’s Vision: Know yourself, care for all, and create a better world.Christmas Around the World remains a cherished reflection of ISKL’s spirit, where learning, celebration, and community come together to create lasting memories for every Panther.Visit www.iskl.edu.my to learn more.
