Biography of Lauren Toure

We're excited to announce that Lauren Touré, Senior Consultant at f(i) Frost Included, will be the keynote speaker at our Think Women International Women's Day event where you'll be able to network and learn how you can unlock the potential of women in your organisation by creating an inclusive workplace.

Lauren Touré (nee Finnegan) is a Senior Consultant for f(i) Frost Included, bringing with her over 12 years’ experience within the diversity and social inclusion sector. Lauren has provided expert diversity and inclusion strategic advice, systems and policy guidance and contemporary training delivery to clients across the retail, legal, finance, STEM, government and charity sector, and most recently extended her portfolio of expertise by heading up HR Operations at public Health England to ensure that inclusive behaviours and leadership were at the very core of People strategy and systems. Lauren began her career within the charity sector, working with European Social Fund projects developing ground-breaking methodology and materials for supporting more disabled people into work. Lauren joined the London 2012 Organising Committee’s Diversity and Inclusion Team in 2009 to help them attract, recruit and train a record number of disabled volunteers by Games time. Lauren is also a Trustee for sporting charity Access Sport and continues to work closely with Civil Service and Middlesex Business School colleagues on a voluntary basis for building diversity monitoring systems within multi-display government funded environments.
