Staycity's Wilde Aparthotels rollout gains momentum

Leading aparthotel operator Staycity Group has announced a significant boost to its premium brand, Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, with the imminent opening of two London properties and another in Manchester, as well as news of an acquisition in Lisbon, Portugal.Popular with both business equipped and leisure guests, Wilde offers the perfect home-from-home for discerning travellers. Staycity’s design-led Wilde Aparthotels offer a signature blend of home and hotel in central locations, with superior finishes such as natural timber flooring, bespoke joinery, luxury soft furnishings, Hypnos mattresses and Grohe rainfall showers. The apartments have well-equipped kitchen facilities with luxury appliances and showcase artwork and crafts by local and Irish artists.

New Wilde properties open in central east and west London

Opening at the end of October, Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, London, Aldgate Tower Bridge, offers 156-studio and one-bed apartments as well as a bar, breakfast station, gym and on-site parking.The property, set on Commercial Road, is within easy reach of The City of London, the East End and Docklands. Aldgate East tube and rail station is a six-minute walk away.
 
Early 2022 sees Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, London, Paddington opening its doors to 249 studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments alongside a bar, breakfast station and well-equipped gym. The property is conveniently located near Paddington Station. London’s Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Regent’s Park and Little Venice are all within easy reach.

Manchester, Cambridge and Lisbon in 2022 and beyond

Also set to open early next year is Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, Manchester, St Peter’s Square. This new-build, 256-room aparthotel is Staycity’s third site in this vibrant city.The property is in the heart of Manchester with a tram stop a short walk away and Oxford Road rail station, Chinatown, the Arndale Centre and Piccadilly Gardens close-by.

Staycity will also open a 229-apartment Wilde in Cambridge in 2025 and has recently signed the lease on a 95-room property in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon, expected to open in 2023.
