Santa Fe Relocation have launched their Global Mobility glossary, a free reference resource that brings together around 350 of the terms used across the industry. Each entry gives a clear and neutral definition written to reflect current practice, with links to related terms so readers can follow connected ideas from A to Z. It covers Immigration, Relocation, Compensation and Moving, and it's open to anyone working in or alongside Global Mobility. You can explore it here: https://www.santaferelocation.com/glossary/It has been created because the language of the global mobility industry has grown faster than any shared reference for it. HR teams, relocating employees and people new to the profession regularly meet terms that carry different meanings depending on who's using them, and that inconsistency makes an already complex process harder to follow.
