Marc is Head of Global Mobility Services and Partner at KPMG International. He started his career in Global Mobility Services for KPMG in Australia followed by 8 years with KPMG in Switzerland. He relocated to London to lead the UK Global Mobility Services practice in 2011 before becoming the Head of Global Mobility Services in 2016. Marc has spent his career working with clients to address the challenges of increasingly mobile employee populations. DR LINDA HOLBECHE
 – KEYNOTE PANEL SPEAKER
Dr Linda Holbeche is an independent coach, developer, consultant, researcher and author in the fields of HR, strategy, organisation design and development and leadership. She works with UK and international clients in many sectors.

A recognised thought and practice leader and regularly voted one of the UK’s HR Most Influential, Linda was previously CIPD’s Director of Research and Policy. She is now Adjunct Professor at Imperial College London, Visiting Professor at four other UK universities, Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Employment Studies and of Roffey Park.

She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD). A prolific author, Linda’s latest books are The Agile Organization (2nd Edition, Kogan Page, 2018); Organization Development: a practitioner’s guide for OD and HR, (with M.Y. Gina Lodge AoEC
GINA LODGE - EXPERT HUB HOST
Gina Lodge is the CEO of AoEC, which she joined the AoEC in 2008. She is an accredited Executive Coach and a graduate of the AoEC. Gina also sits on Editorial Board for Coaching at Work magazine and the Advisory Editorial Board of The Open University Press (Coaching Section).
