“In our sessions we had 3 stations allowing people to be interactive which connected to the starter of the day which was all around people, purpose and planning. In reflection to people, it is really important to set the tone. Purpose, lead to the idea that we all have our own individual idea on how to make the world a better place within the organisation, so if that is not aligned it makes it hard for employees to feel good.
